What's Covered
The Whole Home Repair Plan covers your central air conditioner, central heating, internal plumbing system, toilets and plumbing fixtures, internal electrical system, and a long list of appliances — including your refrigerator, range/oven/cooktop, dishwasher, washer and dryer, water heater, garbage disposal, ceiling fans, microwave, and doorbell.
Yes. Optional add-on coverage is available for items like a swimming pool, spa, well pump, septic system, garage door opener, secondary refrigerator, ice maker, freezer, and an additional AC unit.
No. If you only want preventive care for your heating and cooling, you can purchase the HVAC Maintenance Plan on its own for a lower monthly price.
