What you'll do
- Answer member calls, chats, and service requests with warmth and clarity
- Coordinate dispatch with our network of vetted local experts
- Explain coverage and resolve questions about plans and billing
- Document interactions and follow up until issues are fully resolved
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in customer support or a service-coordination role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Calm, empathetic problem-solving under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first team
