Grow and manage the network of independent HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance pros that members rely on. You own provider quality from onboarding to performance.
What you'll do
- Recruit, vet, and onboard local service providers
- Monitor provider quality, response times, and member satisfaction
- Negotiate service terms and resolve escalations
- Build relationships that keep our best pros happy and engaged
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in vendor, partner, or field-service management
- Background in home services or trades is a plus
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven approach to quality and performance
