What you'll do
- Schedule and dispatch service requests across regions
- Match members to the best-fit provider for the job
- Track jobs from request to completion and confirm satisfaction
- Spot and remove bottlenecks in the service workflow
What we're looking for
- Experience in dispatch, scheduling, or operations coordination
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Thrives on juggling priorities and helping people
- Comfortable with scheduling and CRM tools
