MyHappyHome is built around a simple question: why does homeownership so often feel stressful and expensive?
Our home is our biggest investment. It is where life happens. It is where our kids sleep, where our routines live, where our sense of stability comes from. And yet when something goes wrong, we're often left asking the same questions: Who do I call? Can I trust them? Am I about to get ripped off? How bad is this going to be?
We think there should be a better way.
At MyHappyHome, we believe peace of mind in your home should not be a luxury. It should be the standard. That belief is what led us here.
The Problem

Our goal is not simply to respond when something breaks. Our goal is to help homeowners stay ahead of problems, reduce surprise costs, and feel supported by a system that is actually built around their needs.
That means combining protection with service. It means pairing technology with real-world fulfillment. It means building a better experience that is proactive when possible and dependable when it matters most.
We did not start with the assumption that homeowners needed more complexity. We started with the opposite. We asked what it would look like to make caring for a home feel easier. More transparent. More predictable. More trustworthy.

We started MyHappyHome because we have spent decades inside home services — listening to customers, solving problems in the field, and seeing firsthand how broken the homeowner experience can be.
We've witnessed firsthand how technology-driven data can make the homeownership experience less stressful and more predictable.
We have seen the frustration of confusing estimates. We have seen families forced into expensive decisions under pressure. We have seen good contractors trapped inside systems that reward short-term transactions instead of long-term trust.
We have also seen something else: a huge opportunity to build a better model.
